Can I have it at any location?

We will happily accommodate your requested locations. Our team will need to confirm your location after proper assessment is made to ensure that there is clear access to set up our picnics and check if any special permits are required. Please note that there is a travel fee applied for requested locations.

Can we bring alcohol to the beach?

Please note that all public areas such as beaches and parks do not allow consumption of alcohol. We do not serve nor allow alcoholic beverages in public areas, and you will be financially and legally responsible for any tickets/fees given to you for violating such rules and regulations from the state.

What happens if the weather is bad on the day of my event?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee nor predict weather conditions. Our team will notify you the day before and/or on the morning of your event if there is expected to be an issue due to the weather. You will have the option to relocate and host indoors on that day or reschedule your event with a new date that is within 6 months from your originally scheduled date. We cannot cancel your booking nor offer a refund due to the weather since we will be more than happy to provide alternative options at no cost to you.

Should I include my young kids in the guest count when booking?

If you're planning a picnic for a group of adults and young children, it can be hard to know if the kids ‘count.’ We leave that decision up to you- if you’d like a place setting, seating food for them, then yes, regular rate applies. If you don’t want those accommodations, simply tell us how many guests will require a place setting, seating and food. .
